Objective:

To provide expertise and quality services in planning, budgeting, research, innovation and performance reporting.

This Division will perform the following functions: -

1. To undertake strategic planning functions for the Commission, including preparation of Strategic Plans, Annual Plans, Budget and development projects;
2. To monitor and evaluate implementation of medium-term strategic plans, budgets, action plans and development projects;
3. To conduct periodic performance reviews and prepare reports;
4. To prepare Commission's Budget Speech;
5. To be custodian of the Commission's statistics;
6. To plan and review development projects;
7. To coordinate parliamentary Issues;
8. To coordinate research and innovations activities within the Commission;
9. To undertake Service Delivery Surveys on services rendered by the
10. Commission;
11. To collect, study, and analyse data, statistics, and information on resource flows Commission's operations, and
12. To institutionalize strategic planning and budgeting process within the Commission.

 

This Division will be led by a Director and will comprise two (2) Sections as follows:

1. Planning and Budgeting Section; and
2. Research and Innovation Section.
