Objective:

To provide expertise and services to the Commission on risk and quality assurance.

This Unit will perform the following activities: -

1. Develop and review the Risk Management for the Commission.
2. Monitor and evaluate the implementation risk management in the Commission.
3. Identify, Analyse, Evaluate, Treat and Monitor strategic risks associated with the Commission's operations.
4. Build capacity on Risk Management within the Commission.
5. Prepare reports on effectiveness of mitigation measures.

This Section will be led by Manager.
